Shipping Policy

We partner with third party carrier to power our multi-carrier shipping engine, ensuring live-rate quotes and reliable service across domestic and international destinations.


1. Order Processing

  • Standard Items: Processed within 24 hours of order placement.

  • Pre-Orders: Processed within 3–5 business days after order placement.

2. Shipping Destinations & Zones

  • Domestic (Philippines):

    • Luzon

    • Visayas

    • Mindanao

  • International: All other countries worldwide.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • GoLocad Shipping Engine: Integrates multiple local and global carriers to match your delivery needs.

  • Live-Rate Quotes: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Calculated automatically at checkout via our live-rate system.

  • No flat-rate or hidden surcharges—what you see is what you pay.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Luzon: 2–4 business days

  • Visayas: 4–7 business days

  • Mindanao: 6–9 business days

  • International: 14–21 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual transit time may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or force majeure events.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, VAT/GST, or other taxes imposed by their country.

7. Tracking & Notifications

  • We provide a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • You can monitor your shipment through the carrier’s tracking portal.

8. Insurance (Optional)

  • You may add shipping insurance at checkout for an additional fee.

  • To file a claim, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

9. Delivery Restrictions

  • No PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: We require a valid street address for all shipments.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only to Philippine addresses (see our Terms of Service for COD details).

10. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days.

  • Damaged Shipments: Inspect items upon arrival and report damage within 7 days for replacement or refund.

  • Delayed Shipments: We will assist in tracing and resolving delays but are not liable for carrier-caused delays.
