Refund Policy

At F-max, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange at no extra cost to you. Please read the policy below for details.
1. Eligibility

All Products: Returns/exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong-item shipments.

No “Change of Mind” returns for any category.
2. Timeframes

Domestic (Philippines): You must report and initiate an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

International: You must report and initiate an exchange within 10 days of delivery.
3. Proof Requirement
To prevent fraud and ensure prompt handling:

You must provide a continuous, unedited video showing

The sealed package exterior (tracking label visible)

Unboxing the item for the first time

A clear close-up of the defect, damage, or wrong product

Send your video file (or link) when you contact us.
4. How to Initiate an Exchange

Email fmaxbinderph@gmail.com with your Order number, description of the issue, and your video proof.

We’ll review and, if approved, send you a prepaid return label (domestic) or arrange return instructions (international).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement right away.
5. Shipping Costs

Seller’s Fault (defect, damage, wrong item): We cover all return shipping fees.

Customer’s Fault (e.g. wrong address provided): You cover return shipping fees.
6. Exchanges Only

We do not offer cash refunds—only exchanges for the same item (e.g. replacement in correct size/color).

If your desired replacement is unavailable, we may issue store credit.
7. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
