  • Customer, you, your: any user of our Site or purchaser of our Products.

  • Products: the items we sell in the intimate apparel and personal care category.

  • Order: your request to purchase Products through the Site.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

3. Orders & Payment

  • All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason.

  • Payment Methods:

    • Online: PayMongo, PayPal, Stripe. We never store your full card details.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only for Philippine-based customers. You agree to pay the full Order amount directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method (or collect payment via COD) for the amount of your Order at the time of purchase or delivery, as applicable.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • We ship internationally; estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of Loss & Title Transfer: Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you only upon actual delivery of the Products to the address you provided. Until that point, we remain responsible for the Products in transit.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • You must initiate any return or exchange within the time frame and under the conditions specified in that policy.

6. User Conduct

When using our Site you agree not to:

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the Philippines without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding must be brought in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
